The international side of the business covers the refrigerated and livestock haulage operations. The company, with Trefor Jones at the helm, started carrying livestock over twenty five years ago.

We run a fleet of modern fully equipped livestock trailers that comply with EEC regulations but have multiple penning facilities, feeding and watering facilities, most also have fans for temperature control. They are of state of the art design and some are able to be converted into a normal curtain sided trailer enabling us to utilise them to their full potential. We have two types of boxes carrying either:- four decks of lambs/two decks of cattle or three decks of pigs or sheep/1 deck of cattle.

With the company being situated in the heart of the welsh countryside we have a wealth of expert drivers at hand who are all extremely experienced with great agricultural knowledge enabling them to not only act as driver but stock man too.

We have the most sophisticated shearing facilities in Great Britain, built to New Zealand’s specifications and they are the world champion shearers.

In recent years, in addition to the livestock side of the business L E Jones international limited have ventured, successfully, into the refrigerated transport sector.

L.E Jones have a fleet of 26 pallet refrigerated trailers operating throughout the UK and Europe, carrying fresh, chilled and frozen goods including hanging meat. If required, L.E Jones can provide a tracked service providing customers with 24 hour vehicle tracking along with hourly thermo printouts giving timed details of temperature.
